It's at least the second time in recent months that Aurskog-based Think Nordic hasn't met payroll. The workers' patience finally seems to have worn out.

"This has been very difficult, but when the company won't pay wages, it puts us employees under tremendous pressure," senior engineer Ingar Østerby told local newspaper Romerikes Blad.

Østerby said the employees believe that forcing Think Nordic into bankruptcy is the only way the workers can hope to get the paychecks that Think Nordic owes them.
