In March, French automaker Renault began production of the Twizy, its electric urban vehicle that is not actually a car – it is a quadricycle.
With seating for two (one behind the other), optional doors, and a top speed of 28 miles per hour, it is not much use outside the city.
The Twizy starts at $12,300, with about $75 in battery lease costs per month.
