For drivers who keep their errand running off highway and feel little need for speed, the Eco-E is similar to a street-legal golf cart with one added benefit: Doors.
here are four cup holders, a cigarette lighter and an AM/FM radio that sounds like it's missing an antenna. That's pretty much where the amenities end.
