Tesla CEO Elon Musk raises alarm over New York State bill that would effectively prevent the company from selling their cars in the Empire State.

Elon Musk, Tesla's CEO, didn't have much time to relax after unveiling his company's battery-swapping technology. He's already under attack by auto dealers (again), this time in the populous and commercially crucial state of New York.
