Tallinn Sets Out Rules For Light Vehicles And Micromobility

"Tighter rules relate to requirements around vehicle marking, parking and speed and aim to ensure the safety of pedestrians, especially children and the elderly.

"Each vehicle must be equipped with the company's business name and contact number so that users and authorities can quickly contact them if necessary...Light vehicles for rent must be equipped with technical solutions that allow speed and parking restrictions to be implemented."
