07 Nov 2025 | Abstracted from Robb Report

Beta Technologies, a Vermont-based electric aircraft maker, has successfully priced its IPO at $34 per share, above the marketed range of $27-$33. The offering was significantly oversubscribed and has given the company an implied valuation of about $7.4billion. Proceeds will fuel certification, scaling of manufacturing, and deployment of its electric aircraft and charging infrastructure. The strong investor demand is viewed as a major vote of confidence in the broader electric aviation & eVTOL sector.
