Students Challenge Auto Industry With Modular EV You Can Fix Yourself

Dutch students at TU Eindhoven unveiled ARIA, a modular EV designed for easy owner repairs. With six swappable battery modules and replaceable body panels, "Anyone Repairs It Anywhere" promotes sustainability and the “Right to Repair” movement. It reaches 56 mph and offers a 137-mile range. Though not slated for production, ARIA challenges automakers to rethink repairability and lifecycle design.
