Fiat confirmed its tiny Topolino EV for the US market. Revealed at Miami Art Week, the rebadged Citroen Ami quadricycle has an 8‑hp motor, 28 mph top speed, and 46‑mile range from a 5.4‑kWh battery. Measuring under 100 inches long, it may be classified as a low‑speed vehicle, marketed as a stylish alternative to golf carts. Priced around $11,500 in Europe, the Topolino could open a new niche for ultra‑compact, affordable EVs in America.
