Caterham will launch its $135,000 Project V electric sports car in the U.S. in 2027. The lightweight EV uses a 268‑hp Yamaha e‑axle, twin 27‑kWh batteries, and targets about 200 miles of EPA range. Designed to stay true to Caterham's minimalist ethos, it adds modern safety features while offering a more accessible, street‑legal alternative to the Seven. The car marks Caterham's first serious push into the U.S. market.
