Miami startup Chip Motors has unveiled "Chip," an open-interior, low-speed electric vehicle (LSV) starting at $15,000 for a 4-seater and $18,000 for a 6-seater. Legal on roads with speed limits up to 35 mph, the rugged vehicle features a 25 mph top speed and a 100-mile range via its 15-kWh battery. Its standout feature is "Chip Go," which allows remote human teleoperators to park, retrieve, or pilot the empty vehicle using onboard cameras.
