Turkey's First National Car to Be Presented at Nation's 99th Anniversary

"The electric car is built by Turkish manufacturer Automobile Initiative Group of Turkey...Togg. It is expected to hit the road in the spring of 2023.

"Turkish President Erdogan pushed industrialists to build a domestic automobile as part of his vision for turning Turkey into an independent economic powerhouse.

"The company will be manufacturing five different models - SUV, sedan, C-hatchback, B-SUV, and B-MPV - through 2030."
