Singapore Awards Groundbreaking Contract for Level 4 Autonomous Bus Trial

12 Oct 2025 | Singapore's LTA has awarded a contract to MKX Technologies, MOGOX, and BYD to launch Level 4 autonomous electric buses by 2026. Six 16-seater buses will operate on Services 191 and 400, with MOGOX providing self-driving tech, BYD supplying the buses, and MKX managing the project. Safety operators will be onboard initially.
