Rules On Washington Roads Regarding Electric Bikes

"Washington law classifies electric bikes in three categories. Class 3 (the fastest category) is limited to a top speed of 28 mph. Any two-wheeled vehicle that is capable of speeds greater than 28 mph is not an e-bike (by law).
