"Car Complaints reports that the suit, filed in the Supreme Court of B.C., comes from a plaintiff with a 2017 and 2018 Bolt EV, and claims that GM went ahead with the marketing and sales of its vehicles, despite being aware of issues with the battery pack 'since at least 2018..."Following a US$1.8-billion recall of around 142,000 Bolts last fall, the automaker now sees itself up against a class-action lawsuit, right here on Canadian soil, that alleges GM was aware of defects in the Chevy Bolt EV and Chevy Bolt EUV."
