Welding-Giant Lincoln Electric Announces Plans to Make Electric Vehicle Chargers

"The Cleveland-based company is planning to design and manufacture Level 3 chargers, the kind that can charge vehicles in about 30 minutes. These powerful charges would be found at charging stations along the interstates, not in people’s homes."Lincoln Electric...has developed a 50-kilowatt module for its EV chargers...can be scaled up and used to deliver up to 300 kilowatts of power."
