"NAMI Research Automobile and Automotive Institute has created a GOST project that provides for the conversion of conventional cars with internal combustion engines into electric cars...if the manufacturer has once certified a car that has been converted into an electric car, then it will receive the right to produce a similar model on an industrial scale.
