Americans Don't Deserve More Lanes

"Current traffic planning dogma rules that adding lanes to highways doesn't help reduce traffic. I'll forward another point: We don't deserve them...We just can't handle them!"The sensible thing is for us to just take away the lanes that Americans don't know what to do with. Bring all highways down to one single lane...Only once we prove we can handle that lone lane should we be entitled to another."
