"According to manufacturers, cold weather is becoming less and less of a problem as batteries, energy management systems, recharging and even the methods used to test cars continue to evolve."...the latest test, carried out in 2023 on more than 30 new and used models, confirmed that cold weather can still lead to a reduction in effective range of between 10% and more than 30%."
