"Founded in 2019, Ryde's CEO Tobias Balchen notes "In several cities, it can't meet rider demand due to strict fleet caps – "we'd see significantly higher ridership if the regulations allowed more flexibility"Ryde rolled out 30,000 new e-scooters across its Nordic markets this spring.
