Isuzu To Test ERGA EV Autonomous Bus In Hiratsuka City, Japan

Isuzu will test its ERGA EV autonomous bus in Hiratsuka City from October 2025 to January 2026. The bus features a 242kWh battery, 250kW output, and 68-passenger capacity. Equipped with LiDAR, radar, and cameras, it supports Level 2 autonomous driving. The pilot includes nighttime operations and cashless fares. Debuting at the Japan Mobility Show, it marks a step toward digitized, zero-emission public transit.
