Nissan's New Scalable EV Platform To Support Up To 5 Models, Including Lifestyle Pickup

"After losing its mojo in the intervening years, the Japanese automaker is plotting an EV comeback with a new platform that will support U.S.-built crossovers, sedans and potentially a lightweight pickup.

"...vehicles will be powered by a new generation of more efficient electric motors and faster-charging, lower-cost lithium ion batteries...will be built at Nissan's Canton, Miss., factory, starting with...crossovers."
