"...as EVs become more prevalent there will become a greater need for public Level 3 DC quick charging stations, whether to keep longer-range models running on extended road trips, or for any time the state-of-charge meter starts running uncomfortably low. Level 3 stations can bring some of the latest EVs up to an 80 percent charge in as little as 20-30 minutes."
